How do I Set-Up Grab
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for “Grab” and tap Install.
Open the app and register with your phone number. Verify with the code sent to your phone.
Choose a service: Car, Bike, or Food Delivery. Enter your pickup and drop-off location.
Confirm the fare and tap “Book” to get a driver.
How do I Set-Up Klook
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for “Klook” and tap Install.
Open the app and sign up with your email, Google, or Facebook account.
Search for tours, activities, or tickets. Select an option, tap “Book Now”, and complete the payment.
Show the e-voucher at the venue when needed.

How to call a Driver

How to Buy Metro Tickets
At any BTS or MRT station, use the ticket vending machines. Select your destination on the screen, insert cash (coins or bills), and collect your ticket or token. For frequent rides, get a Rabbit Card (BTS) or MRT Card for easy tap-in, tap-out access.
How to Use Shared Bicycles
First, download the Pun Pun app and register. Locate a nearby bike station using the app. Scan the QR code on the bike to unlock it. After your ride, return the bike to any Pun Pun station, lock it, and confirm your trip in the app. Payment is processed automatically through the app.
